This video highlights the lived experiences of sexual violence and child sexual abuse, prevalence*, and considerations for General Practitioners working in Primary Care settings.
It aligns to four key elements of the 8 R’s’ from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) White Book*, Recognise, Respond, Refer, and Reflect, and provides brief examples of how to use these in practice when providing care to those impacted by sexual violence and child sexual abuse.
